As the specialist service division of Chuan Watch, Singapore’s trusted name in luxury timepieces since 1995, we continue our tradition of excellence in watch care and restoration. While Chuan Watch built its reputation through curating fine timepieces, expert watch servicing has always been a cornerstone of our expertise.

At the heart of our specialist watch servicing atelier is Mr. Henry Lim, whose 15-year career as a Rolex technician and specialized training in Switzerland established our service standards. Together with his sons Nick, Shaun, and Wayne, and daughter-in-law Sherleen, our team brings the finest Swiss watchmaking standards to Singapore. Our next generation enhances this foundation through advanced certifications, with Shaun’s Wostep certification in Precision Timing & Chronograph and Sherleen’s expertise in polishing and laser welding techniques.

While we operate independently from watch manufacturers, our commitment to excellence is backed by our status as a licensed second-hand goods establishment under Singapore authorities. We maintain Swiss standards in our service protocols, using only genuine parts and drawing from our extensive experience with prestigious timepieces.
